Funding the Alps

The Australian Alps national parks are funded by each state and the Commonwealth. The program has an annual budget of around $280 000 made up of contributions of $120 000 by NSW and Victoria and $40 000 from the ACT.

Community groups and organisations are invited to put forward project proposals at specific times as part of the annual work program. The call for projects for this year is now closed. Future work programs will included on this page when they are open for new project proposals.
